Applications land in one list.
Someone applies on your club's join page. They get an email saying the club has it, and you get one too. Approve them and they're a member, with a welcome email that carries their member number if you've given them one.

Import it as a CSV. The checker lists the rows that need fixing before anything is saved, and the whole list exports back out whenever you want it.

Where this is at.
Straight up: ClubCRM is new. One caravan club is on it right now, still trialling it. I'm the only person behind it. I wrote it, and the email address on this page comes straight to my phone. I'm not sitting at a desk waiting for it, though. I have other work on the go and a life outside this, so if you email me on a Saturday night you'll hear back, just maybe not until Monday.
If that puts you off, fair enough. Some clubs want a company with a support line, and I'm not that. What you get instead is the person who wrote the thing reading your email, and a say in what I build next.

How much is it, and is there a minimum size?
AUD $35 a month per club, for any number of members. No setup fee, no card fees today, no contract and no minimum. A club of twelve pays the same as a club of four hundred.
How does that compare?
Read on each company's own pricing page on 20 October 2026; they change, so check before you rely on them. TidyHQ has a free plan with limits and a Pro plan at AUD $74 a month. Member Jungle starts at $109 a month billed annually for 250 members, plus setup from $399. Hello Club starts at $58 plus GST a month for 100 members. Wild Apricot starts at USD $66 a month for 100 contacts. Join It starts at USD $29 a month plus 3% on payments. Spond Club is free with a fee on each payment.
Can we try it first?
There's no demo login to poke around in yet. Book a walkthrough, your club is set up with your real list, and if it's not for you, you stop. No contract, nothing to cancel.
Can we change the join form?
Your club starts from the form for its kind of club. There's no drag-and-drop form builder, on purpose: fixed columns are what make your spreadsheet import and export line up every time. Need a question none of the forms ask? Email and we'll talk about it.
Does it chase renewals?
Not yet. Every record has a place for an expiry date and the profile flags one that's close, but nothing emails anyone yet. It's next on the list, and the clubs using ClubCRM set the order.
Can we email the whole membership from it?
It's built, but it stays switched off until the sender details the Spam Act needs are finished. Paying fees online by card is built and not switched on either. Text messages aren't built.
What about a couple who share one email address?
They're two members. The list only treats two records as the same person when the email and the name both match.
Where's our data, and who can see it?
Member records are stored in Sydney. Your club admins can see and change them, committee members can have a read-only login, and Greg can see them when setting a club up or when you ask him to look at something. Members don't log in. The privacy page has the rest.
Can we get our list back out?
Any time, as a CSV your spreadsheet opens, with every column.
Is there an app to install?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, an iPad or a laptop. Applicants use the join page without an account.
